Neon Makina was established in 2012 to produce solutions for the supply of equipment to the energy and mining industry. In this context, it continues to work with world-famous manufacturers.
Inspired by the high cost and deadlines of the equipment in the sector, it has decided to invest in coating technologies in order to increase its sectoral capabilities and strengthen the alternatives it offers in the solution partnership.
Since 2014, it has been leaning to the Rubber Coating area and has been operating in many areas, especially tank surfaces and flow line elements.
Since 2017, it has been offering Silicon Carbide Coating service with an agreement with Nomig GmBH company based in Germany. In this way, it brings the products that work in many fields of the industry, especially the FGD units of the thermal power plants, but wear out with low lifetime due to corrosion, cavitation and erosion, to their original dimensions, and bring them to their businesses with longer life.
POLYMER CASTING
It is necessary to work with heart to produce technical solutions for extreme needs.
Neon Makina creates a high strength SiC polymer composite material especially for use in flue gas desulphurisation plants in the light of the factors causing abrasion.
The use of materials that often appear in combination is extremely severe in the permanent radical change of the limestone suspension.
Due to the very high resistance to SiC composite wear, very high working times are achieved.
